ST (Standard Times) is a type of parking in which Park24 leases idle land from individual and corporate landowners, while TPS (Times Partner Service) is a type of parking in which Park24 operates as parking facilities available for anyone around the clock by leasing parking spaces from commercial facilities, financial institutions, government authorities, and so forth which they have for their visiting customers.

Secure Parking

The “Secure Parking” brand manages and operates around 900 parking sites accommodating approximately 320,000 vehicles in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia. The brand operates mainly parking facilities utilizing idle land rented from landowners, and undertakes contract management of ancillary parking facilities for institutions. As well as parking facilities with gate control system like those in Japan, the brand also operates patrolled parking facilities, where a private car equipped with a camera patrols the parking facility every hour, affixing parking tickets to vehicles that have overstayed.

National Car Parks (England)

National Car Parks is operating approximately 500 parking sites and 150,000 spaces in the UK under the brand “NCP”.NCP operates many parking sites in urban areas such as London, Birmingham, and Bristol mainly by leasing idle land from land owners or customer car parks of various facilities. In addition, it holds long term contracts with the city council in cities including Manchester and Bolton, and also manages parking sites in major airports and train stations, such as Birmingham Airport, Glasgow Airport and London Underground.

GS Park24 (South Korea)

GS Park24 (South Korea)

Through GSPark24, a joint concern with the South Korean oil wholesale company GS Energy, the “GS Times brand” is a type of parking in South Korea in which GSPark24 leases idle land from individual and corporate landowners, and rents parking facilities for visitors to commercial facilities, financial institutions, government authorities, and so forth. Those parking facilities operate the unattended hourly parking service around the clock.
