Sustainability Promotion Structure

In March 2021, the PARK24 GROUP established the Sustainability Committee. It is aimed at actively driving initiatives on environmental and social issues. The Committee is chaired by Takao Miki, Director. The 11 other members are individuals engaged by the Board of Directors. They occupy key positions in each of our businesses. At⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ the same time, we established four subcommittees, covering the environment, human rights and labor, the supply chain and penetration. The subcommittees carry out specific planning and execution related to the issues discussed at monthly meetings of the Sustainability Committee. They also cooperate with Group companies and divisions.
Under this promotion structure, we will steadily implement sustainability efforts across the GROUP.
