【PARK24 Co., Ltd. 】Notice Concerning the Acquisition of Treasury Stock Through ToSTNeT-2
(Treasury stock acquisition in accordance with Article 211-3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of Commercial Code)
Tokyo, March 28, 2006 - PARK24 Co., Ltd. announced today the means of the acquisition of treasury stock, pursuant to Article 211-3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Commercial Code of Japan.
1. Means of the acquisition of treasury stock
PARK24 requests a buy-order be placed, at today's (March 28, 2006) closing price of 3,840 yen, on the ToSTNeT-2 (Tokyo Stock Exchange Trading Network System-2, closing price dealings) at 8:45 a.m. on March 29, 2006 (and the trading systems and trading hours shall not be changed to other systems and hours). This order is restricted to the relevant period for dealings at this price.
2. Details of the acquisition

| (Note 1) | The above number of shares sharll not be changed. However, there is a possibility that a part or all of such shares mey not be purchased due to market conditions, etc. |
| (Note 2) | The shares for which orders to sell have been placed shall be purchased up to the number of shares scheduled to be purchased. |
3. Announcement of the results of the purchase
The result of the dealings will be announced after the end of the 8:45 a.m. trading hour of March 29, 2006.
