Sustainability Education
The PARK24 GROUP understands that the independent actions of individual employees are vital to the development of sustainability activities. We are therefore pursuing efforts to raise their awareness of sustainability. We also encourage them to think of it as their own issue.
Distribution of information on the Intranet
We publish information regularly via the Intranet and through in-house newsletters. This is for the purposes of building sustainability awareness among individual employees and helping them acquire relevant knowledge. In particular, we publish an in-house newsletter on sustainability, which we call the “Sustainability Journal”. It helps employees achieve a basic understanding of sustainability and gives them information about the GROUP's specific activities for achieving medium- to long-term targets. We thus aim to improve their recognition and understanding.

Distribution of messages from the management
During the fiscal year ended October 31, 2022, 14 directors of PARK24 GROUP companies, including the president of PARK24 CO., LTD., distributed their messages on sustainability to employees. These messages were also published on the Intranet. A mechanism for receiving feedback and comments from employees is used in order to make two-way communication. In addition, in the fiscal year ended October 31, 2023, messages were sent out by members of the Sustainability Committee to encourage employees to think about sustainability as their own business.

Training and workshops
We organize lectures on the GROUP's implementation of sustainability in different kinds of training, including training for new employees. We are also working to expand the training. For example, training materials in the forms of videos are made available on our internal online learning system. In addition, we hold workshops for individual divisions in the GROUP as appropriate. They serve to make sustainability better understood.
Employee surveys on sustainability
We conduct internal surveys to understand the degree of understanding of sustainability among employees and what issues are involved. On the basis of issues identified and requests collected from the surveys, we design activities for raising awareness of sustainability within the company. We will use the findings of the surveys for the Sustainability Committee's internal awareness activities.

Contact for inquiries
We have an internal point of contact for inquiries and requests concerning sustainability. It receives individual inquiries from employees in the GROUP. It also organizes sustainability workshops that respond to requests as needed.
