Park 24 Co., Ltd. announced today that Misuzu Audit Corporation, the Company's auditors, will resign effective July 31, 2007. Details are as follows:

  Misuzu Audit Corporation, the Company's auditor, will be dissolved on July 31, 2007 and will discontinue its audit services. Consequently, it will resign as the Company's auditor.

4. Future outlook
  To avoid a situation in which it does not have an auditor and to ensure continuous audit services, the Company plans to appoint Ernst & Young ShinNihon as temporary auditor at a meeting of the Board of Statutory Auditors to be held on August 1, 2007. The appointment will be made based on the provisions of Paragraphs 4 and 6 of Article 346 of the Corporate Code.
  We have been notified by Ernst & Young ShinNihon that, if the Company resolves to appoint Ernst & Young ShinNihon as temporary auditor, Ernst & Young ShinNihon will accept the appointment.
