3. Reasons for Adjustment of Forecasts

In the operation of parking facilities, the results of the first half of fiscal 2008 turned out to be lower than expected. This was caused by sluggish use of existing facilities triggered by changes in the external environment, such as decreased traffic and soaring gas prices, which discouraged use of parking facilities. Park24 is determined to expand its earnings sources by developing properties, providing parking facility services and taking measures for effective operations. However, since the number of cars using parking facilities was likely still in decline in the second half of the year, Park24 has adjusted its business forecast for the current fiscal year.
