【PARK24 Co., Ltd. 】Announcement of Impact of Tohoku Pacific Ocean Earthquake
PARK24 Co., Ltd. would like to express its heartfelt condolences to all those who have suffered from the Tohoku Pacific Ocean Earthquake that struck on March 11, 2011. We set up an Emergency Management Headquarters in the Head Office of the Company immediately after the earthquake, and focused on collecting information to confirm the safety of employees in the region and identify the status of damage to local offices, taking steps to respond to the disaster. At present, the following has been confirmed:

At this point, the Company has confirmed no casualties among the Company's employees in the Tohoku and Kanto regions. |

Offices |

Office buildings have not been damaged, but some offices have ceased operation because supplies of essentials such as electricity and water have been suspended. |

Hourly parking facilities, Times |
|
Currently, there is no known destruction to Times facilities in the Tohoku region. However, some facilities have halted operation due to power failures. In Tohoku, there are approximately 150 Times facilities with 6,000 parking spaces, accounting for about 2% of the overall facilities of the Company. In Kanto, some Times facilities equipped with a mechanical parking system have been affected by the earthquake, and operations have ceased. In the days ahead, operations may be impaired by the planned power outage in the area of Tokyo Electric Power Company. |

Rentacar: Some outlets in East Japan have halted operation. |
